Cardio Tennis is the ultimate high energy tennis-fitness activity, delivering a full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic & anaerobic workout experience! This group exercise program is for anyone regardless of your tennis skill level by combining the best parts of tennis and fitness in a fun, energetic, and welcoming format. Players will get their hearts pumping through the warmup and cardio segments with unique Cardio Tennis games and high-energy music. You’ll finish off with the reward of a well-earned cooldown.
Sessions are free – but please be sure to register so our instructor can plan. Class sizes are maxed at 10 participants.
