Riley Arts Trail

The Riley Arts Trail in Greenfield, Indiana, is a scenic, roughly 0.7‑mile multi‑use walking and biking path through downtown that celebrates local arts and the literary heritage of Hoosier poet James Whitcomb Riley. It connects with the Pennsy Trail and features poetry etched into the concrete, interpretive art and story stops, and hand‑carved limestone benches and sculptures highlighting Riley’s work and the city’s creative history. The trail links civic, historic, and cultural sites while offering a pleasant way to explore shops, restaurants, and public art in the heart of Greenfield.
