Riley Arts Trail Map

The Riley Arts Trail in Greenfield, Indiana is a 1-mile loop through historic downtown that celebrates local arts, literacy, history, and the legacy of famed Hoosier poet James Whitcomb Riley.

It’s a paved multi-use path that connects with the Pennsy Trail and winds past public art, interpretive panels, hand-carved limestone benches, and poetry etched into the trail surface.

The R.A.T features highlights of the city’s artistic and architectural heritage, making it a blend of exercise and exploration right in the heart of Greenfield.

Each circle identifies a node with a bench, statue, interpretive panel, etched poetry, and or art element.
